All-Inclusive Team Building

All BSH activities have been crafted to build teamwork, create social

connections throughout company, and most of all to be FUN! Regardless of

anyone's gender, race, athletic experience, or physical abilities we have developed

the private corporate program to be enjoyable for all participants. Your company event will be specifically designed for you and your employees. We can design leagues, tournaments, and/or adult field days with your company theme injected into a fun filled event for all to enjoy.

What is the forfeit policy?

If your team will not have the minimum number of players to start the game, please e-mail prosevensports@gmail.com by 8pm the day prior to your game. For specifics on player minimums, please see the rules for your specific sport.

How do I find out if the game is cancelled?

If the cancellation is due to inclement weather, we will email all updates. We will try our best to get cancellations out in a timely manner but understand weather is very unpredictable.

It’s cold outside – can I wear a sweatshirt / jacket / pullover / zip up over my uniform?

Since the BMT Sports Hub is a uniformed organization, all sweatshirts/jackets must be worn under your uniform shirt. The uniform must be in clear view in order to play (even zip ups that are just over the shoulders will not be permitted unless they are underneath the BSH uniform.

I forgot my uniform at home (or picked up the wrong uniform). Can I play?

The BSH is a uniformed organization, so all players must be in the current season’s shirt to participate. You will be roster-checked to ensure you are on the team (for liability purposes). Our video and pictures are used to look for sponsors in order to bring exciting new features to our organization!

How do payments work?

Team Captains(Adult League Only)

Captains can choose to take care of the full team balance and manually collect money from their teammates, or each player can make individual payments on there on.

NOTE: The card used for payment will NOT be charged again by BSH unless there is a remaining balance to be paid and that wont happen until notified.

Individuals

A credit card is needed to complete your registration. All individuals are subject to a small 4% convenience fee. NO REFUNDS are offered for any reason other than if we are unable to place you on a team or season/tournament cancellation occurs.

What if I know I’m going to have to miss a game or two during the season, can I still participate?

Yes, just be sure to inform your team and if it affects the number allowed to play be sure an official with BSH has been made aware.

Can I still sign up if it says sold out?

You can e-mail prosevensports@gmail.com to be added to the waitlist. On occasion, a team or individual will back-out and we can plug you in with that particular team.

Can I play two sports at once?

You can play as many sports at once as you would like, provided you are not on two different teams in the same sport.

How do I find out when a new league or tournament opens?

Receive a weekly update on all of our upcoming sports and events by adding your e-mail address when registering.

The deadline to register has passed. Can I add another player?

Yes if we have BSH uniforms in our inventory. If so, players can only be added up to last game of season(not during playoffs). E-mail prosevensports@gmail.com with an add-on request. The additional player cost would still be due when the shirt is received, and that player must sign the team waiver before they will be allowed to play.

Can I request a specific color for our uniforms?

Yes, full teams are asked for their top three choices when signing up but there is no guarantee that a uniform request will be granted (priority for colors are based on a first come first serve basis).

How does the waitlist work and how do I improve my chances of being placed?

Individuals are placed based on registration date (earlier sign ups are placed first), and those with co-ed teammate requests. If you are unable to sign up please email prosevensports@gmail.com and we can add you to the league waitlist. If you are waitlisted and we are unable to complete the formation of an additional team after the deadline, you will be given the options to transfer to another sport with priority registration or refund.

If I sign up as an individual, am I guaranteed placement?

Usually we have enough room for everyone if you sign up on time. Since we are unable to determine the number of males & females to sign up for a particular sport until after registration ends, we cannot predict if everyone will be placed. If you are not placed initially then you will be put on a wait list.

What is your refund policy?

If you are no longer able to play the sport, and inform us via e-mail of this (prosevensports@gmail.com) prior to the registration deadline, then you will be able to hold that credit for any future BSH event of equal value or issue you a refund(4% card charge not included in refund). Once the registration deadline has passed we will discuss a refund of monies. If you are unable to play after the registration deadline has passed (but before the season begins), you would need to find someone to take your place, and that player can compensate you for the spot and take your shirt or send email to prosevensports@gmail.com for refund.

How do I sign up?

From the bmtsportshub.com menu, go to a specific sport registration page by clicking the sport you would like to play. There is a registration link in each listed item that will take you to our partner site for registering and then to start the payment process.
